Are walk-ins welcome or same-day appointments available?

As we like to say -- It never hurts to ask!

While several of our stylists usually work by appointment only or have appointments scheduled weeks in advance, sometimes last minute appointments do become suddenly available.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Each of our artists have their own policies regarding canceled, late or no show appointments, and they will provide that when booking your appointment. When possible, if you can let us know 24 hours or sooner that you need to cancel your appointment, we sure do appreciate it!

Should I wash my hair before my hair appointment?

When coming in for color or blonding services, it is always best to have clean, dry hair. This allows the stylist to work through your hair quickly and efficiently, and ensures your color penetrates and processes correctly.

Where can I park?

There is street parking available in front of the salon, along Kansas Avenue. There is also parking in the back, just off of Washington. You'll find our rear entrance in the alley, behind The Flower Basket.
